Your right to return

You have 14 days to return your order from the date you receive it. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Once we receive and approve the return, you'll get a full refund to the same payment method used at checkout. Refunds are processed within 1 to 2 weeks of receiving your return.

How to return

Mark the items you are returning on the packing slip and include it in the parcel.
Purchase a shipping label from your local post office and send the parcel to:

Please note: use standard postal services only. Returns sent with other couriers may not reach us. The return address cannot be reached by phone.

Who covers return shipping?

Return shipping is at your cost unless the item has a fault or we made an error with your order. If that's the case, get in touch before sending anything back.

EXCHANGES

If you'd like a different size or colour, place a new order on sundaysuperior.com first. Then send back the original item following the return steps above.
