Return Policy
Returns and Exchanges
You have 14 days to return or exchange your order from the date you receive it, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. This right does not apply to items made to your specifications or custom orders. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer. Refunds are processed within 1 to 2 weeks of receiving the returned item and will be issued to the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
Right of Withdrawal
We comply with the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act, which gives you 14 days to return your order from the date you take physical possession of the item. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us before the 14 day period expires. A withdrawal form is included with your delivery.
For items made to your specifications, the 14 day withdrawal period runs from the date the order was placed.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer when exercising the right of withdrawal.

Return Shipping
You do not pay return shipping if the return is due to an error on our part or a faulty item. If you are unsure whether this applies to your order, contact us at support@sundaysuperior.com before sending anything back.
How to Exchange
If you would like a different size or colour, place a new order at sundaysuperior.com first. We aim to dispatch new orders within 5 to 7 days. Then return the original item following the steps below.
How to return
Mark the items you are returning on the packing slip and include it in the parcel.

Please note: use standard postal services only. Returns sent with other couriers may not reach us. The return address cannot be reached by phone.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you received a faulty or incorrect item, send an email to support@sundaysuperior.com with a photo and a short description of the issue. We will sort it out.
